HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR INTERNET GAME STORE

1. Compile a list of all the items you want. If you don't see what you want, ASK! It may have just arrived, or may be on the way. We receive new materials almost every week!
   
2. Email the list to us at orders@theherofactory.com in order to verify availability (sometimes materials sell faster than we can update the web site).
3. When you receive your confirmation and total from us, you can pay for your order via credit card, PayPal, or you can mail us a money order to the address below.
4. As soon as we receive payment, your order will be shipped out right away.
   
   
   • Shipping and handling cost for most books, modules, etc. is a fixed $5.95 for USPS Media Mail shipping, no matter how many items you order.
   • Shipping costs for items that do not qualify for Media Mail rate (board games, dice, miniatures, etc.) will be determined.
   • This above shipping rate is to a U.S. address, which includes delivery confirmation, but not insurance. Orders can be insured by request at buyer's expense. International orders are welcome, with shipping and insurance costs to be determined.
   • We promise a 100% refund if you feel the description of the condition of any item was not accurate. If you have any questions, feel free to email us any time.
   • We accept PayPal, credit cards, or money orders in U.S. funds. If sending payment via US mail, be sure to send us an email and let us know what item numbers you'd like, so we can reserve the items for you. As soon as payment is received, your order will be shipped out right away.
